All of our rings are made in standard US sizes. If you’re unsure of your size, we strongly recommend visiting a local jeweler to get sized. We cannot be responsible for determining your ring size. It’s up to each customer to select their preferred fit, as sizing preferences vary—some prefer a looser fit, while others like a more snug feel.

Return/Refunds

For a full refund on any item purchased from Anaoak.com, please submit a return request to contact@anaoak.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. After this period, returns will only be eligible for exchange and must be requested within 10 days of receipt. All returned items will undergo a quality inspection, and original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange if the item is found damaged or unsellable. Custom pieces and altered items are not eligible for return or exchange. International and sale priced items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Shipping

Jewelry is shipped using FedEx and UPS with signature required. Shipping is calculated at checkout for all US shipping addresses. Please email contact@anaoak.com for International shipping rates. Client is responsible for paying taxes and tariffs on all international orders.

All packages are insured during transit but once delivered and signed for, Anaoak is no longer liable.

Anaoak offers repair service for merchandise purchased from Anaoak.com for up to four months. However, if pieces are damaged due to improper care, bent, or damaged due to other personal reasons, repairs will be at a cost. For international customers, please use a local jeweler in the region. The original sales receipt is required for all repairs. For products purchased through Anaoak.com please send an email to contact@anaoak.com with images and a detailed description of the damage.

To keep your gold jewelry looking its best, clean it regularly with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush, avoiding harsh chemicals and abrasives. Store your pieces separately in soft cloths or a jewelry box to prevent scratches. Handle your gold with care, as it's a soft metal that can be easily scratched or damaged. With proper care, your gold jewelry will stay beautiful for years.
