Refund policy

Each Anaoak piece is thoughtfully made to order specifically for you. Because production begins for your individual order and includes nonrecoverable material, labor, CAD, casting, and manufacturing costs, all made-to-order pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Please review all product details, dimensions, metal selections, ring sizes, and other specifications carefully before placing your order. Rings are produced in the size selected at checkout. If an incorrect size is ordered, we are happy to discuss possible resizing options; additional fees may apply.

Ready-to-ship pieces that have not been altered, resized, engraved, or otherwise customized may be eligible for return. To request a return on an eligible ready-to-ship item, please contact contact@anaoak.com within 48 hours of delivery. Approved returns must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging. Anaoak reserves the right to decline a return if an item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Custom pieces, resized or altered jewelry, personalized pieces, sale items, and international orders are final sale.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

Cancellations

Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
